THE TOWN of Cloverland does hereby ordain as follows:

1. That the Town Board of the Town of Cloverland by enactment of this ordinance specifically repeals Ordinance No. 88-01 previously enacted by the Town Board of the Town of Cloverland.

2. That the Town Board of the Town of Cloverland hereby ordains to enact the following ordinance relative to weight limits on vehicles as follows:

The Town Board of the Town of Cloverland, pursuant to its authority granted under Sections 349(15) and 349(16) of the Wisconsin Statutes does hereby adopt as though fully set forth herein Chapter 348 and Chapter 349 of the Wisconsin Statutes and all amendments in the future to these statutes for the purpose of permitting the Town to impose weight limits upon its Town highways during spring thawing periods to protect the roads against damage from overweight vehicles.
