Increase The Number
of Town Board Supervisors - Ordinance 8.01 On the basis of overwhelming affirmative advisory vote by the electors at the annual town meeting on the second Tuesday in April, 2002, the following ordinance is put forth as follows: Be it ordained by the Cloverland Town Board, pursuant to Section 60.21, and Village Powers to increase the number of Supervisors from two to four. Be it ordained that supervisor seats numbers 1 & 2 shall be up for election in April 2003, for two year terms. Be it ordained that supervisor seats numbers 3 & 4 shall be up for election in April 2003, for a one years term, and then for two year terms successively thereafter.
