Licenses are required for all dogs over 5 months of age on January 1st. License Fee - $5.00 if neutered or spayed - $8.00 if not neutered or spayed, per Wisconsin Statues 174.05(2), as amended. Or one-half of the amounts given below, if the dog becomes 5 months of age after July 1st of the license year.

Note: Current proof of vaccination MUST be provided. This can be obtained from your veterinarian and will be mailed back to you with your license and tag. Please submit this proof, your check , and a self-addressed, stamped envelope.

NOTE: Dog License CANNOT be issued unless ALL of the information is provided.
