RESOLUTION 2008- 07 Fireworks Permit 

WHEREAS: The Vilas County Sheriff department asked us to do a Class C Fireworks Permit. 

WHEREAS: This will help the Vilas County Sheriff department out on who is shooting off Class C Fireworks in our Town and what day. 

WHEREAS: This will make it safer in emergency for the Fire Municipal and Law enforcement to know who is shooting off Class C Fireworks before hand. 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Cloverland Town Board of Supervisors in session this 6th day of August 2008 that we adopted the Class C Fireworks Permit.
