2011-07 Re: Weapons Ban in the Cloverland Town Hall Whereas Wisconsin
Statute § 943.13 provides that Town Government can ban weapons in the
town hall and Town sponsored events; Whereas the Town
of Cloverland Town Board desires that no weapons be allowed in the
Cloverland Town Hall or at Town sponsored events; Therefore be it
resolved that the Cloverland Town Board does institute by this resolution
that no open or concealed carry weapons be allowed in the Cloverland Town
Hall or at Town sponsored events.
