Notice to Applicant: No sign shall be installed, erected, altered or modified without the prior approval of a sign permit application.

Instructions:

 A. Complete application to dotted line  and return completed form to: Mildred Ritzer, Clerk Town of Cloverland, PO Box 5860 Eagle River WI 54521


 B. Provide copy of sign sketch giving dimensions, shape, message of the proposed display and color scheme with paint  chip samples. A chart of approved colors is available from the clerk.

 C. Provide copy of site plan drawing, detailing sign position with respect to roadway, direction of sign faces, distance from lot lines and type and placement of lighting.
